Todd Parr Phonics is designed to complement selected popular classroom-based programs and considers the principles of some of the most trusted thinkers and researchers from the Science of Reading movement. Since there is no single progression that all fully agree to, the Todd Parr Phonics scope & sequence was formulated to be as inclusive as possible. It roughly aligns with several of the major programs—Blevins, Fundations, UFLI, PAF, LETRS as well as IMSE and Recipe for Reading (Orton-Gillingham approach).
